SHIPPING POLICY
If you would like the added security of having your order tracked, please choose our 1st class recorded delivery option at checkout . Please note the cost for this will be covered by you the customer and is charged at the fixed rate of £4.00. Using our tracked service does not reduce processing times, standard processing times apply. All our non tracked items are sent as standard Royal Mail second class post. We aim to have all shoe and socks/tights orders shipped within 3-7 business days. Any orders which include hair accessories can take up to 14 working days to be shipped.
RETURN POLICY
You have 14 days from receipt of your item to request a refund. Please contact us to arrange a return. We are unable to exchange products for an alternative size, we kindly ask that you measure your child's feet before ordering. If you wish to re-order an alternative size you must arrange a return and re-order your desired size. Please be advised custom bow orders are non refundable unless faulty. Sale items are also non refundable. Shipping cost is non refundable. Return shipping cost will be the buyers responsibility.
